Mens shoe department. No prices on many shoes,so I asked assistant how much they were and to bring me my size from store.I then went to counter to pay for them and was quoted£8 higher than originally told. I think this is a regular scam. Why would they not have prices on the shoes in the first place?

Rude unhelpful staff I wanted to try on a wristband to make sure it fitted correctly and of course I liked it The bands are secured by small plastic strips to the cardboard so I asked a member of staff if the band could be removed she told me to go to the payment counter and the staff would be able to do it for me When I asked the 2 counter staff if that could be done the replies were “I don’t k know” “I’ll have to ask my manager” “Why can’t you just put your wrist through it” Which he tried and failed I said well if I buy it and it doesn’t fit I’ll be returning it anyway so why can’t it just be removed with some scissors. No he kept trying to put his hand through the band while it was attached to the cardboard At this point I said forget it and walked away I approached another member of staff who turned out to be security and asked him if I could talk a manager He said he would go and find one I lady approached me and asked me if I was waiting for a manager so I told her what had happened and my first impression was not good because she didn’t seem really interested and didn’t apologise however she did take a band and we went to the counter she took out a pair of scissors from a draw and removed the band I put the band on and I brought it So why couldn’t that have been done in the first place My thoughts are because the 2 original members of staff couldn’t be bothered

Very poor service and left extremely upset by an employee called Molly. I had 2 shirts in packets that I wanted to try on and so was handed the shirts of the same size when going in the changing room by an employee called Molly as I was told we shouldn’t open the shirts in the packets. When I asked for a different style (she gave me a cuffling version and I wanted the normal shirt) she accused me of taking the shirt out of the packet. I understood initially that it could have been a mistake on her part but she became very adamant that I had taken the shirts out the packets and wouldn’t back down. She started to roll her eyes at me and was smirking when I explained I didn’t open it and it’s a different style from the two packs I bought in with me anyway, but she tried to make me feel like I couldn’t follow her basic instruction. I explained to her it’s the shirts she gave me and I even showed her the shirts in the packets that were unopened. I know all in all it’s very minor but I’ve never been accused like that before and for someone to keep insisting that I had done something wrong that I didn’t do in front of other employees and customers made me feel very inferior. I was left like I couldn’t believe what just happened to me. There’s a difference between just doing your job and making someone feel little. Please can something be done with management of employees so this doesn’t happen to anyone again.

Just visited this Next store . Picked a nice tee-shirt up for my nephew which clearly had been reduced to half price only to take it to the till and be told by the manager it's full price. When I stated it clearly has the original price crossed out she ripped the price tag off in front of me and said the sale hasn't started yet. Disgusted by the customer service and won't be returning all the customers started to say the same thing however the manager didn't budge and all left the store empty handed.
