Took my Mercedes C Class in for a quote after a neighbour scuffed my rear bumper turning into their driveway whilst mine was parked outside my house, WB accident repair centre were the at fault drivers insurance company`s authorized repairer, Ageas Insurance then came back to me and told me the car was to be written off as the value of the quote was £9k worth of repairs, car was worth around £12k at the time, WB repair centre had quoted for a new rear panel, new rear bumper, new boot lid and glass, new light cluster and associated badging. I immediately challenged this as the damage was purely cosmetic and only needed filling and painting. An assessor came out and agreed the quote had been massively inflated and arranged for a different body shop to carry out the repair, which they did within 48 hours as it did indeed just need filling and re painting, when coming to sell the car it`s now classed as category N write off as Ageas didn`t go ahead with the repair and in error marked it as cat N, I`m being offered less than half it`s actual value due to the marker on the vehicle history, this is all down their attempt to inflate the quote and make money out of the repair.
This garage repaired my car as part of my no fault claim. Very easy to deal with. Car was sorted in a timely manner. Work appears to be of a very high standard.... they returned it promptly thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Thank you.

Highly recommend this company. Absolutely fantastic service - great communications from everyone i dealt with. Friendly and easy to chat to. They dealt with my insurance so I had nothing to do except pay excess. Courtesy car available and even offered to collect my car. First class work. Oh and I even got a voucher to buy a meal in the Swan in Kettleshulme.
