I had an issue with my car radio after visiting a valeter where the power button was not working and the radio would come on when the car was off, as if the power button was stuck on 'on'. This was draining my car battery every night. Went to an electronics garage who said I needed a system update at Vauxhall. Vauxhall however charged for another diagnostic and wanted 2k to replace the whole radio. Found Tom and drove from Liverpool who replaced the front buttons only and reset the system, fault found and fixed in 2 hours for a bargain of £100. I could not be happier, thank you so much Tom, saved me a fortune. Would highly recommend!
Tom was recommended to me via a third party. My car VW radio had packed up and reverted back to German, after being advised is was obsolete and would cost thousands to replace, Tom was amazing and sorted the unit in a matter of days costing less than the diagnostics which I would have been charged at VW! No service could fix our radio, they only offered to install a new one. Here everything was fixed quickly and at a very good price. I saved both time and money. I recommend this service. You will not find a better specialist. I had to drive here for more than an hour, but it was worth it.
Had a problem with Sony radio/CD in a Ford Kuga. Cost to replace approx £500, found Tom and he managed to fix it for a fraction of the cost. What a gem of a business if you have any car audio problems. Thank you Tom
A huge thank you to Tom! After being told by another company that the Audi Car unit could not be fixed, Car Audio Repair specialists Ltd repaired the unrepairable! There was no hesitation, a part was sent for and within the week a splendid job was complete on the Audi radio at the appropriate price.
Fantastic service, Tom is an old school time served engineer who know what's what. Tested my Audi MMI screen found no fault and arranged for Dave (auto electrical engineer) to repair cabling, everything fixed and working perfectly. No cost from Tom and very reasonable cost from Dave. Excellent experience all round.
