Acorns is one of my favourite charity shops. I always donate to this particular store. On arrival I'm always greeted by one of the lovely members of this team. Whilst shopping I always manage to pick up a great bargin in this shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've always found the young counter staff very pleasant,however, yesterday on enquiring if they have any knitting needles to keep grandchildren occupied during summer holidays, the older lady who was called and pointed to a place under the till, she then said "they are £1.25 Each" I replied "don't you mean a pair" "NO" she said, "they are very expensive now" ? I promptly purchased a PAIR from charity shop next door for a £1
What lovely people at Acorns Hospice charity shop in Halesowen. Always found them welcoming and helpful. Well done to the Manager and the volunteers for their hard work and dedication.
Came in for a bargain, got one, staff wonderful Manager ask me to help and had no hesitation . Great shop well managed .

The deputy manager was more interested in playing around with a volunteer in the backroom than serving customers.
There was a Not very nice Woman who used to be Manageress at this Shop!, some of the other Staff were Lovely but she used to Spoil it!
