Went in with engine issue paid 2000 to fix issue turns out they didn't even fix it and the engine doesn't work anymore never would recommend this place even to my worst enemy. If you want your car more broken I'd recommend here best place for it
DO NOT TAKE VAN HERE. Despite saying they could, they didn’t fix our van. Had to pay to tow it there and tow it back. They have also smashed the windscreen, broke a light and left the insides of the van hanging out where they have attempted the repair. Do not care at all about your vehicle. DO NOT USE.
Avoid at all costs. Read all reviews! I contacted them about a gearbox issue with my car and paid £60 for a mobile visit. They couldn’t identify the problem on-site (shock) and suggested I bring the car to their workshop. They promised to repair on two separate dates but failed to show up on two separate occasions. When I tried to follow up, they ignored all my calls and texts. Eventually, I was told they had “family commitments” and that was why he was slow to reply… (which is a common excuse based on other reviews) I was left completely in the dark with no further communication about the repair. After waiting for over a week and a half, I ended up with a car in the same condition, having wasted time and money. I would not recommend their services at all.
Called Nathan to ask if he would do a service on my Ford Focus, Nathan showed up at the alloted time and did the service my car needed, very professional attitude, competitive prices, could not fault the workmanship, I would highly recommend Dixon's Mobile Autocare to anyone, thank you once again a Nathan.
Not a bad word to say! Came to fix the timing belt in my Corsa, even in below freezing weather, did the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly guys, they explained the issues with wet timing belts and gave advice on maintenance going forward, to prevent any more issues. Absolutely over the moon with dixons very well priced did a clutch replacement ball joint and rear brakes and put my trafic in for mot aswell good honest lads highly recommend
In short notice they were able to come and tow my car to the garage and fix my breaks and also helped to organise my MOT to be done ( which I am still waiting for because of Xmas breaks) but they have assured me that they will make note and once everything is open get my car back on the road. The staff are very polite and friendly.
Cannot fault them at all. They have just completed some work on my BMW 3 Series and I could not be happier. I managed to get some parts prior to ringing these guys and they were able to take care of any other parts I needed at a very reasonable price! The car feels great now and brakes are working perfect. They also replaced a snapped spring on the front of the car which has saved me a lot of time and money! If your looking for someone reliable with very good prices and has a lot of experience, contact these guys, Highly Recommended!!
I called these guys on the day to fix a non starting car. Nathan was very helpful and showed up at a time that suited me and didn't rip me off. Excellent guys, great price and great service. Highly recommend.
