   I visited the Leeds store today with urgency to purchase a last minute dress for a wedding. Ella greeted me as I entered the store and was friendly and happy to help. She went through all options and gave great advice and answered all my questions. I left a very happy customer with two fantastic dresses that were great value for money! Fantastic experience from start to finish!

   I don't think I've ever left a review of an All Saints let alone any department store for that matter, but I felt compelled. I can't even begin to describe how good the customer service I received was. I was greeted by the most helpful lady, (I believe she's the manager). I described what I was after, and she loaded me up with a few items to try on. She then pointed me in the direction of upstairs where Amelda greeted me and also loaded me up with even more items to try on. Maybe the best customer service I've ever received, absolutely made my week. Thanks so much!

   Went into the Leeds store yesterday when it opened at 11am and was greeted straight away with a big smile and felt so welcomed by Joe. Who then went on to give outstanding customer service. Joe you are an absolute credit to All Saints I hope they know that! :) You were so helpful from start to finish and I wish shopping at other places were more like this!

   I’m a regular customer that has spent loads of money both in store and online. I bought a pair of sandals from here and they’ve scarred the top of my feet, the lady that helped me was so unsympathetic when I tried telling her and she weren’t helpful at all, she was quite rude and wasn’t listening to what I was saying. I didn’t expect such bad customer service from this store. I’m never going back because of the way I was treated and the attitude the lady that served me had.

   After giving birth 8 weeks ago I’ve been really down about my ‘new body’ shape and I have been struggling for weeks to find an outfit for a wedding next week. All Saints was my second shop I walked in and a very helpful store assistant basically shopped for me and gave their opinion on everything I tried on. It really helped. I now feel confident in what I am wearing next week. Thank you!
