I've used DW Motors a couple of times now for repairs and a routine service, MOT etc and I've always been really impressed. Everything is clearly explained and their work is very thorough. All the staff are really polite and respectful, I highly recommend this garage. They're a great find!

Today my back box/exhaust fully fell off my car at 12pm. The lovely gentleman from the recovery service rang DW motors to see if they could fix my car for me the same day as I had work to get to in the afternoon. They managed to get me in straight away, order the part and fit me a new back box by 2:30pm. Exceptional service, very good prices and over the moon that they were able to get me back on the road so soon! Would recommend these guys to anyone, thank you!!

Absolute cowboys!!! Do not use this poor excuse for a garage. They did not carry out a simple leak job, which resulted in my head gasket blowing. Trying to rectify the problem, they NEVER return calls. They will always fob you off and give you excuse after excuse. Really bad service!!
I usually hate dealing with garages as a woman but DW Motors are nothing but nice people. They are honest and fair, do not overcharge you when they don't need to and most importantly do not patronise women. Their customer service is also outstanding.
Great service. They undertook a repair on our van a few months ago, which involved replacing an oil cooler. They were really helpful dealing with a warranty company (who turned out to be terrible to deal with) and provided a reasonable priced repair. They were also really good at explaining everything & communicating with us.
Excellent service when my car broke down (timing belt had gone) and was towed here - they were very honest with me from the start and discussed the options I had and gave very good advice. Unfortunately the car wasn't salvageable in the end but they let me leave the car there for several weeks as I wasn't able to get over there sooner and Jake, who was fantastic, even dealt with the scrapping for me so I didnt have to go there again. They also gave me excellent price for the work they did do and for a previous service I'd had there before the last incident. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, I highly recomend them.
