Had a full service and MOT done here and honestly, couldn't be happier. Andrew is great—really knows his stuff, super friendly, and just a proper honest guy. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and got the job done without any hassle. The car feels like new now, running so much smoother. I've gones to Andrews Motor Services for some time now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. As someone that doesn't know the ins-and-outs of cars, all I want is to feel like the garage I'm going to is honest - that they'll do what's necessary and advise in the best way, but will always be considerate to the customer and look to keep the price as low as possible. I get this every time with AMS - they seem really good guys that do a really efficient job. Excellent service.
Fantastic family business, took less than 24 hours from calling them to have my car in and fixed. Pricing is so reasonable compared to a lot of other places (especially the car's original dealership!), no attempts to rip me off for "extras" and I didn't have the sense of being spoken down to as a woman whatsoever. Really couldn't recommend them more, will be using them for any future car issues.
