Roxann is a rare gem! She's so lovely friendly and welcoming, really made my son's day a couple of years ago by giving her favourite yellow pen to him as he saw it and wanted it (typical toddler!). I met her a few days ago and she said she's moving to the white rose branch. All the best Roxann in everything you do! :)
You can sort out the chaos in the things yourself. You can even explain it by the lack of time. But how to explain the monstrously dirty mirrors throughout the store, with the exception of the fitting room? The cashier works very sluggishly, and although there were few people when I made purchases, I had to wait. No friendly smile, no thanks for the purchase! The management of NEXT should think about how the staff treats work in their store, even if it is a discount store.
So clearance outlets always seem hard to maintain. I'm sure there's bargains in there but when you have to route through to find a size as there's no size cubes or dividers it's not for me. If you have time to spare I'm sure there are some lovely things. From a service perspective people were working but not necessarily engaging
Good place to buy. Some things interesting.
I was asked to review Next Outlet so went in. I added a review on here as the service was appalling. Due to struggling with identifying colours I asked the staff for assistance… I appointed a colour lady to ask if she could assist me to the door to look at the colour of a tie as I could not tell if the tie was baby blue. THE TIE IS FOR A FUNERAL SO THIS WAS BY FAR A SHOPPING TRIP THAT WAS ENJOYABLE. I was met by the coloured assistant with “I’m not going to the door!” As she shook her head. A Caucasian man approached who I asked the same thing to who stated “this is blue but I won’t be going to the door with you!” I shouldn’t have to state I have colour blindness in the first place. Another customer stated it’s best to look in natural light, at the door, as it was hard for her to identify the colour also. Both staff were unable to identify the colour with one stating it was teal and the other stating it was baby blue. To cut a long story short the two members of staff here were rude and costumer service was shocking.
Appalling Customer Service, unhelpful staff member and Store Manager, I will not be visiting this store again. You have been warned.
Just been shopping at the Next store in Crown Point Shopping Centre and I cannot praise the young store assistant Roxanne enough! Such a lovely experience and that service with a smile throughout, helping me find items online and instore. A shining example to other assistants. Made me glad I went in after work to pick up a gift , I left smiling too. With a sevice like that I shall definitely be returning. Roxanne is an asset to the store, a true gem!
Nice friendly staff. Service with a smile. The store is very clean and well stocked. I only popped in to pick up an order, but, whilst there I decided to have a look at some other possible purchases. Didn't have time to complete a purchase but will do so on their website.
Modern light and pleasant place to shop, lots of accessories for lounge and bedroom. Also responsible selection of kitchen own brand white goods.
Great Next shop. I like the brand and their prices are reasonable. Baby's clothes are very cute and of good quality, and not so expensive as Mothercare across the parking lot.
