If I could rate it a 0 I would. An extremely rude lady slammed the fitting room door open, and had the worst manners. When we questioned what was wrong. She explained she was short staffed and if we wanted to get out of the store, to leave . Never met someone with more appalling manners than her. Disgraceful. (Small, Red Hair)
Excellent store with well stocked supplies. We were able to get loads of stuff at reasonable price and also were served by the extremely helpful James. Would recommend as quality is amazing of whatever you buy.
Recently, my sister shopped for me at the Superdry store but accidentally bought a size too small. When I visited the store to exchange the t-shirts and track pants, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. Ms. Renee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted me in finding the right sizes and ensured that I found the clothes I needed from the correct shelves. Good luck trying to return anything here.. the manager of the store doesn’t seem to know anything about consumer rights and fobs you off saying they can’t do anything about it & gives you advice on how you can fix a faulty zip yourself by buying a new one on Amazon. Took the same bag back to the store at the White Rose and had no issues exchanging. Steer clear of this store if you want to try returning anything. We won’t ever go back there.
Great store! Gives you a really cosy and welcoming vibe with great music always. The staff are great, always there to help. Very good quality clothes within reasonable prices.bypu can get some really good deals every now and then.
Gorgeous shop. Extensive range, best I’ve seen in their bricks and mortar stores. Picked up a few sweats to add to the ones I bought back when they were up on the headrow that’s how long my previous haul lasted. Great to see the retro Ts and the Hawaiian shirts - next time!

Great quality clothes. I really like Japanese inspired graphic clothes and the style. It is simple but has that “something” to it which does not look boring. Staff in the shop are always polite, friendly and helpful. My experience in the shop been super all the time. Thank you
