   The actual *shop* is fine, but there is one member of staff who is always there -I think he might even be the manager; the tall, caucasian guy, about 6'5- who just will *not leave you alone*. He just follows you around the shop, constantly pointing out that "there are other sizes in the back" over and over and over again, despite you never *once* asking him a single question. It makes you feel like a shoplifter! The guy just doesn't seem to understand that most people *don't like to be consistently hounded*. Last time I was in there, I politely told him I was fine and didn't require any assistance -and I naively thought he'd finally got the message. But then I was in the fitting rooms trying something on, *and I suddenly hear his voice, speaking to me through the curtain!!* "Are you getting on alright in there? There's more sizes in the back, you know." I couldn't believe it (they're called *boundaries*, mate)!! I drew back the curtain and point-blank asked him if he was checking up on me i.e. seeing if I was trying to steal anything. And then I walked out of the shop. And I don't think I'll be going in there again.

   Shocking customer service wouldn’t buy from them again after the way we were treated! A family member bought me £150 voucher for my birthday, when I went to order the boots I wanted I could not use the voucher. I called the THF store in Leeds to be told I could but use it online, I asked them to order the boots for me to the store and I would come and use my voucher that way the answer o got was can’t do that! So I rang customer service several times who eventually told me to cut up my voucher and issue me with a code which I was happy about. When I eventually went to purchase the boots they had discount as it was cyber Monday to find out I was nit allowed to use the code on sale items after several possibly called emailed over 20 times to say I felt it was unfair as being told when and what I can buy that with No customer care I had to wait for the sale To finish and buy the boots at full price!!! Still very unhappy how I got treated and how I was told when and what I could buy l. Very pier customer service firm THF

   My partner got a lovely down Parker in the sale.... The reason for three stars is that one of the sales staff was like our Shadow..... She was everywhere we were, holding up items we were browsing (without us asking her to) and constantly bothering us- it was very annoying and off putting. I'm sure she is a lovely person but the OTT approach was not great

   I’ve always had a great service in this shop, from different staff. Many thanks to the team at Tommy Hilfiger for always being nice and providing such a great service. Today I was trying different sizes of a coat (on sale), and without asking for a help the guy working there asked me if I’m looking for a particular size. I was not planning to ask if there’s one inside or not, because usually items on sale are all out. Yet, the guy could bring me one from the store. Also when I asked about the tax free, he clearly explained what I should do and how to find the tax-free office in the airport.

   Cannot recommend enough!! I came in with my mum, looking for a new outfit for an important job interview, and Salem and the team couldn't have been more enthusiastic or more patient with us! Ended up with a fabulous outfit (and even new shoes, which was not part of the plan!!) and had an amazing experience. In addition, I had bought a faulty winter coat from the Hilfiger store in Dublin, Ireland, and Chloe in the Leeds store managed to not only track down a perfect quality version of the SOLD OUT coat, but also exchanged them for me without a hitch! Thank you so much, all, for two fabulous experiences. Can't wait to come in again!
