Had an engine warning light come on and they were able to look at it the next day. Fault cleared and was given honest and useful advice. Friendly and knowledgeable guy, would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic garage. I went in today on the off chance because a much bigger garage said they couldn't help and Paul was amazing. Checked the car and completely put my mind at rest. Knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely made my day and I will be using them again.

Turned up with a flat tyre on a Friday lunchtime. I was dealt with straight away even though the gent was on his way out for lunch! Sat in the office for half an hour whilst it was checked to see if it could be repaired - it could, it was, & I was on my way. Brilliant price, brilliant service - got me out of an absolute hole with minimum fuss & cost. Thank you very much!
I visited JT Mechanics this afternoon (14/11/2022) to have a chat about work that needed doing, Mark immediately checked whether relevant part was available then told me he could fix the problem today, he called me later to advise the exhaust was blowing which I knew about. He fixed both issues and I had my car back within a couple of hours, he also topped up the oil and checked my tyre pressures - customer service above and beyond as always. Thank you so much.

I blew my tyre on way home from work and was in a bind. I luckily crept into JT Mechanics. Mark helped immediately. He put the spare on so I could get away and ordered a replacement for the next day. Service was speedy, helpful and honest, no coercive strategies to do me out of pocket. I'll certainly be back. Highly recommend.
Not used the garage since I moved out of the area, but took it today on the off-chance they could sort a long running issue, which other traders have failed to diagnose. Not only did Mark find the fault, but he sourced the part and fixed it in a few hours. Could not recommend them highly enough - they are fair, knowledgeable and straight forward. Will definitely drive the extra few miles to make it my regular garage once again.
