   I used this garage to get servicing done for my BMW 5 series. I checked upfront if they can update the service history and the answer was positive. After getting the servicing done when i found that iDrive records are not updated. I have been told that this will be done after a day through GPS. When this didnt update even after a week, now i have been told on phone that this is due to software (they didnt even bother to find out the truth). Then they stopped responding for couple of days. Absolutely wrong commitment and unhappy customer. Definately this is cheating.

   Went in to get new tyres for the back of the car as I didn't know what size I needed and the guys were really friendly and helpful. They ordered in the size I needed there and then which they said would arrive the next day so dropped it off in the morning while I went shopping, came back and it was done plus they managed to get cheaper tyres than originally quoted so that saved me £20 which made a big difference after my shopping spree! Will be going back again :)
