Great garage had my clutch done on a jeep renegade, they sorted it with no problems also had mot done last year. I will be taking it back today for another mot. Great quality work I will recommend this garage to friends.
Avoid This Garage at All Costs! Do not take your car to this garage. I went in for an MOT and was told my car had serious problems – broken suspension arm, worn handbrakes, faulty position lights, and worn tyres. They failed the MOT and quoted me £600 for repairs, even suggesting I should scrap the car. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another garage just around the corner. To my shock, the mechanics there told me the handbrakes were working perfectly and the position lights were fine. They repaired the actual issues for only £200, and my car passed its MOT with no advisories at all. On top of this, the person running the garage “Andy” was incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. This place feels dishonest and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money. avoid this garage completely.
DONT USE Magnum Motors! I took my daughter’s car for an MOT, and it needed a new subframe to pass. It had just had a new exhaust fitted and when they refitted the exhaust after fitting the sub frame they had damaged the mid section and blamed the exhaust noise on a faulty clip. To make matters worse they fitted the steering column back incorrectly, which was extremely dangerous! The work cost £800 and a further £300 at another garage to repair the exhaust, fix the steering column correctly, including replacing two new tires. This was all due to the work they carried out and were paid £800 for the privilege!
Taken for mot on the Saturday morning. Come back as a fail 2 front tires worn and rear brake pad worn and also engine light was on but I was told this is a fail but there was nothing to worry about regarding that. I was quoted £75 a tire and £85 for brake pads + £25 mot cost + vat totaling £132. I was told to bring back on Tuesday. I replaced front tires at another garage and dropped car off for the brake pads and to get retested mot. When I dropped car off I noticed it was a different mechanic but I was sure they would of been aware of the costs and repairs previously agreed. When I called to pick the car up I was shocked to find I had an invoice for £313 which was £180 more than i was expecting and when I asked why it wasn't the original £85 for brake pads I was told that the glow plugs needed changing and that's why the engine light was on. I would of atleast expected to be notified of the work as someone who is an electrician and pretty good mechanically I would of done abit of research and found halford sell them for 20 quid and they are very easily changed so I would of saved myself alot of money. Also a little suspicious that the glow plugs warning light wasn't lit as it was a glow plug problem? All in all lesson learnt. I will not use this garage again but I thought I'd leave a review to warn others. *UPDATE* Within a couple of weeks engine mil light lit up on the dash. I plugged my OBD2 code reader in and I got error code glow plug 1 open fault code. I paid £10 for a bosch glow plug and I had the old one out and replaced with the new one within 2 minutes. 2 minutes work and £10 cash saved me £170
AVOID THIS GARAGE! I had an BMW to them to be fixed, I requested the steering rack to be changed, rear shocker replace and rear differential, they changed the rear shocker and after 3 days is making badly noises,when I asked them about stealing rack the mechanic said that is not any issues with it, is just problem with the tracking! I didn’t trust his words and I went to BMW specialist to checked, the steering rack needs to be changed completely!!!! How this garage is fixing the car’s and also how they have a license for MOT?! Very unprofessional staff!
Good mot testing station doesn't make up faults for the vehicles to fail and the mot is £25 well priced

Great service took van for mot, andy couldnt carry mot on cos coolant pipe burst, but wasable to leave it with him for a few days and got it all sorted and motd top guys would recommend at?£25 for an mot and no charge if it fails you cant go wrong, thanks andy
Had a flat battery last year ,had look around for the best price to come and fit a new one and magnum was the best value. They came out quickly and fitted a new. I Was really happy with the service, so much so i went there to have my MOT done last week. Again quick reliable service, Couple of minor things to sort which they did and at a good price. I will continue to use them in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
