They have informed me exactly what I needed to change on the car as well as fixing the problem at hand for a reasonable price.    I highly recommend Awan Auto Tec, I recently took my car for a clutch replacement and I was not only impressed with the price, but the service. After returning home, a few days later my car started leaking oil which was due to an old, worn seal. I contacted Awan Auto Tec and they told me to come in ASAP, and they fixed the issue immediately. I had my car back within 2 hours and they did the replacement free of charge, I was super impressed and so grateful for their speedy service. Thank you!

   The guys were extremely efficient and honest , they did not over charge me , as I am always given crazy prices by other garages because of my gender! I was told it would cost me £1,230 to fix my car to pass MOT by Serving Stop ( this company I think it’s a scam ).I could not afford that amount upfront so I went directly to Awan Auto which I should have done from the beginning. They only charged £287 For brakes pads, replace windscreen motor & other minor stuff. Over all I’m very happy with the services. And will be back if there any other issues with my car.

   I found like this place on Euro Parts when I was looking for somewhere to find brake pads, so called them up directly for brake pads and an MOT, which turns out cheaper than other place I tried. I was offered to bring my car in the next day, I was informed when something came up that needed changing and I was informed again when my car was ready to be collected. As a solo female approaching this garage I felt welcomed, prices were transparent and communication was excellent. I'd happily go back again for any car issues.

   Booked an appointment through Eurocar parts for Monday. Took my car for brake pads to be changed. Booked time off work to go collect the car the same day as per the appointment. Got a call the same day to say they haven't got the correct hex key to remove the brake pads?!?!?! Not my problem, shouldn't have accepted the booking if they can't complete the job. Took it back on Wednesday and they didn't have the common courtesy to complete the job as they were "too busy". Well there are plenty of garages out there that can complete work to the agreed schedules and we certainly won't be using them again and will pass on the word. Owner offered no apology, and instead said I was immature and didn't like my tone. Rude!

   1 week before the Christmas, and my usual local garage was too busy to slot in and repair my car. After recommended by one of my friend, I went here without appointment (urgent as the engine temp keep rise up and had issue with the exhaust). I talked to the owner and he explained to in a professional manner. They did a brilliant job to replace my exhaust and thermostat. Finished all the works in acceptable time. I will definitely come again for future services and repair.

   We were relocating back to uk after having spend 2years overseas, we have a 07 peugeot 307 which has been parked in our garage and had not been driven past 2 years. after extensive searching online for car companies we came across awan auto tec, read all their reviews and decided we would send the car to them. Called and was greeted by Mr Malik, arranged for the car to be towed to him, told him we needed the car in 4 days time as thats when we will be landing in uk. the next day we got a call from him and he gave us an extensive detail of what needed to be changed and the different parts prices and gave us the freedom to select what we wanted. absolutely no pressure and we felt really at easy to know that we was not getting ripped off. he changed only the parts that needed changing and nothing more. we gave him the go ahead. 2 days later we arranged to collect the car, 1000% satisfied. drives so well, absolutely no complains whatsoever. from start to finsh, it was a very pleasant experience, we felt really comfortable with Mr Malik and team, Mr Malik if you are reading this, i wanna say job very well done and you have yourself a customer for life! highly recommended.
