   We went to skopes to buy a suite for my partner to wear at my daughter’s wedding not really knowing what he wanted. Neil on the skopes section was a gem! Nothing was too much trouble. Great service from him, he knows his stuff. Best time is in the evening about 6pm, we had his full attention. They have a great selection Thanks Neil x

   Came to the outlet in the mill village to buy myself a new suit jacket and I was quite disappointed. There was a rack that stated all jackets on it were 5£ or less. The Label said that it was £20 and reduced to 15 so we called up the manager. He was very arrogant and rude . He said he would go and see if there was any further discount. He took absolutely ages just to come back with the marked price of £15. He then blamed a new employee for putting it on the wrong rack and did not honour the price that was stated on the rail that it was hung upon. I hope that manager learns some manners before I next go to buy another jacket. Terrible service from him but the ladies at the till in the outlet were lovely so thank you to them

   Went to get some suits and jackets for a wedding. Great selection of both and spent a good while trying different styles on. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure the fit and sizing was correct. Prices are very good in comparison to the high street and named brands. Will be recommending to family and friends for future

   Very good quality suits all at very reasonable prices and to me just as important were the staff that go above and beyond when it comes to service. I was loaned a pair of shoes to wear so the suit trousers could be pinned to the correct length for shortening, neck was measured so the shirt fit properly. 100% best service i have ever had whilst clothes shopping.
