Overpriced! I think they need to take a leaf out of Compton cares pricing. I rarely go in there because I find the pricing so off! Staff are vile to trainees too, treat them like dirt. I was embarrassed for a young man who got snapped at Infront of me.

Usually a good variety of clothes here. Excellent quality too. There is a changing room which is helpful and a good amount of bric-a-brac items, like kitchen items and figurines etc. There is plenty of space too. Ready to get around without having to squeeze past racks etc. It does have to be said that it is on the expensive side sometimes for things like shoes and handbags. I've often found things cheaper on eBay or depop but it is good to help the charity at least. I always take our donations here and get an account of what they have sold my items for at the end of the year in the post which I find really rewarding to be honest.

Great selection of clothes and bric a brac. Have had some great finds from here. Bric a brac is priced really well.

Staff are rude and unfriendly, I heard a manager giving a volunteer a good telling off which was unprofessional. Staff don't acknowledge you when you enter or leave. Shelves and rails are cramped and untidy, (because they seem to sell the stuff that other charity shops would dispose of) the shelves are the same week in week out, they don't seem to sell much. Overpriced and tatty.

I enjoy having a mooch around the charity shops in Kingswinford. Ive found the staff at Acorns rude on several occasions. There has been no hello or friendly smile when you walk in or help with the door (as I have a pram it would be nice if help with the door was offered and there is a little drop onto the pavement). Last week when I went in staff were talking amongst each other like you were not there and today an older lady was happy to say hello to a man that came in after me but completely ignore myself. Young people do use chairty shops aswell so it's nice to get a smile and be treated fairly. Thank you.
