Popped in as a long shot as I needed some special oil for my canal boat transmission. Really helpful guy found something suitable even though he was in the middle of a complicated job and wouldn't take any money. I will return of I ever need any car repairs. Great place!
Great local garage, does all types of work, MOTs servicing etc. Always my first choise.
Asked for pipe repair, he couldn’t get the pipe but told it would be ok but need replacing, I got 1 mile before the pipe popped off, after a lot of arguing back and forth he finally came down and got me going again. Pipe popped off within. Half a mile. Had to take to another garage. Make sure you know what you’re in for here.

I have been using Church Lane Garage for approximately 4-5 Years. I would never dream about going anywhere else. Ali is extremely reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and gets a job done in no time. For example on a Saturday morning (without notice) I dropped my car off at 9am which needed a new exhaust, he had managed to order and fit by 2pm that very same day! Talk about Service! To top it off he is very reasonably priced and I could personally not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ali. :-)
Just to even up the reviews I thought I should add some feedback. We have been using this garage for the past 2 years for MOTs and repairs and have no complaints. They have always been up front about the jobs that need doing and how much they will cost and allowed us to make the decision. In our experience the work has always been done properly and professionally.
