Really good service. They noticed the thobe that i ordered was slightly damaged, so they organised a longer one and tailored it for me. Luqmaan was very helpful.
Ordered 24th April, order came and realised was a different colour. Contacted seller who advised can arrange return and issue refund. It has been over a month, he has his returns back but no sign of my refund. Just ignores messages when contacted him numerous times for update.
I bought some Khufiyyas from this online store, they didn't fit so I returned them and a refund was given promptly. All along comms were brilliant the chat service is very helpful. I messaged out of hours and would get a reply the next day. MashaAllah would defo recommend.
