Staff here are bang on. Miss pattison was a delight to be handling my situation at this store. Thank you for your patience and help. Manager here was smiling and lovely too. This is what makes experiences so much more wonderful and easier. It also reflects on staff, shop, atmosphere etc as we’re all energy. Really upbeat calming energy in this store. Thank you guys!

Been refused entrance by security due to not having anyone in a wheelchair with us and was told we had to go round frount in the car park. walked back 5mins later too see them letting people through. Bad management and alot of very unhappy members of public. Other stores can manage multiple entrances why can't you !

Good selection of ladies/mens/children's clothing. I particularly like the household department, The colourways and patterns of tableware are always fresh and imaginative. The same goes for bedding, always good designs and on trend. Furniture is well designed and reasonably priced. The makeup and perfume are both reasonable in price. My favourite perfume is Cashmere, a lovely light fragrance. A great store.
