Obnoxioud and rude. Popped over to ask if they can do a small part replacement on a bumper. The person said that they are busy and cant do small crappy job. Happy to be said that they are busy but not in this rude way
Repaired my very high mileage qashqai which others refused to even look at. Did a great job repairing glow plugs, thermoplunger and relay system. Then required a pipe replacement to the DPF pressure sensor. Guys did a great job at a fair price. Runs like a dream. After some previous bad garage experiences I would strongly recommend this garage.
Clutch on car went and the garage went to my daughters work place in Altrincham to check it out. Took it to the garage and completed the fitting of a new clutch in under a week. Price was fair and car was ready to pick at time agreed. Excellent service. If the garage was in Stoke-on-Trent I would use them to service our cars. Thanks for your help.
Got a quote from Kyle on the phone and booked in for next availability quick and easy. Super friendly service from all the staff, replaced brake discs and pads as quoted. Felt well looked after and had peace of mind leaving the garage. Thank you! Will be back in the future for sure.
Friendly service and fitted me in in short notice, but they missed two tyres that had v shallow tread depth, which I didn’t know about. These turned out not to be safe to drive on and needed replacing within weeks after my MOT with them. I also got new break pads here, but after further inspection elsewhere I was told that my break disks are in need of replacing too, which should have been done at the same time. Friendly and timely service here, but I’ve had to spend a lot of money on subsequent repairs after an MOT that should have been more thorough. Disappointing.
Steve and his team are simply the best! They show so much care and attention to customers ( and the car), it is a real pleasure to deal with them and I could not recommend them highly enough.
Have used this garage since moving to the area nearly 6 years ago - wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always look after me in an emergency and have often bought the car back to me at work. Recently took in for a big job and has come back perfect as always. Totally trustworthy and reliable - will only use them with whatever car I have.
This is the best garage I’ve been to- I had a punctured tire just before closing time. They assessed it, ordered the tyre and kept my car overnight and dropped my car to work the next day, no hassle at all. Very reasonably priced, reliable and such a lovely manner. I will be coming back for all my car problems and MOTs- would recommend 10/10
