   Mark, Steve ,Lisa , Sam the whole team at this garage go above and beyond. Did big engine job and springs etc on my classic e28 bmw 520i 1987. There nothing they dont know, nothing they cant do ,however complex , however long they get it sorted and tell you other advice about your car that places may not even be aware of. They are top class professionals, friendly calm service for Bmw and volvo owners but im sure they could fix any car. Honest transparent fair prices for getting to route course and solution of any car issues. Their like the 1980s A -Team when they go in a shed with a push bike and spanner ,and come out in a tank!!!! Best around and trust me I been to a lot of garages with the swines of a cars I buy!

   Fantastic service from this garage after my ‘13 plate Volvo V40 started showing a “reduced engine performance” message. Really flexible about when I dropped the car off, got a call in less than 2 hours letting me know the issue and the cost, and then the job was done promptly the next day. Has totally sorted the issue, and at a much lower cost than the official Volvo garage. Will definitely be taking it back here for its service and MOT.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank this garage enough! I bought a car that unfortunately came with a number of hidden faults. Not only did the team fix the known issues quickly and professionally, but they also uncovered and resolved other problems that had clearly been covered up by the previous owner. Their honesty and thoroughness really stood out. A special thank you to Mark and Lisa, who were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and went out of their way to make sure I was looked after. They kept me constantly updated with the progress, explained everything clearly, and offered loads of helpful advice about the car. The whole team was great, but Mark and Lisa truly went above and beyond. The service was reasonably priced and done with genuine care and integrity. It’s rare to find a garage that you can fully trust — but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this garage to anyone, and it will 100% be the only place I go to from now on!

   I've had a great experience using this garage to repair a broken sunroof on my Mini. They investigated the problem, and presented two different quotes depending on what might be needed once dismantled. Great communication at all times and they were even able to repair at a lower price than was quoted (and much, much lower than the BMW-Mini Dealers!).    Called Mark at Independent as my Volvo XC70 Cross Country had a horrible clunking noise coming from the engine bay when starting. Turned out a bolt had worked itself loose on a engine bracket. Within 24 hours it was diagnosed and repaired. Fantastic garage and fantastic staff, including Winnie there Black Labrador. Highly recommend this garage.

   Had An Engine Light Stay on On My Old Renault Clio Dci Called in On The Off Chance to explain The Problem Mark said Run The car In + Plugged in The Diagnostic Machine EGR Problem Came up- He Took The valve Out+ Cleaned it Up said to try To See If Sorted, Problem Now Gone- mark said if it re Occurs Will Need New EGR Valve.
