Five Star Garage, i called to book my customer in for some diagnostic's with his brakes as he had been let down by another local garage. I initially spoke with Grant, who was friendly and professional, told me to get the customer to pop down. I was then looked after by John who again was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this Garage.

AWFUL GARAGE!!! Terrible customer service, poor communication. Had my car for three weeks and they never once phoned me with any updates. Had to constantly chase them for info regarding the repair and delays to it. Eventually, they handed it back to me yesterday after charging me £390 for an MOT, a bulb change and a repair job following an engine management light on the dash and after less than an hour of driving it and the engine management light is back on and the car is in limp home mode! Absolutely fuming but I daren't take it back to them for fear of them having my car for another three weeks with no communication and the job still not being done. I'd rather suck up the £390 and take it elsewhere than give them any more chance to eat up more of my time and money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Reliable, trustworthy and great service I was told my car wasn’t worth repairing and I was a bit stuck. I called and they offered to take a look. The work was done super quickly, at a very reasonable cost and I can’t recommend highly enough

I have been coming here for over 5 years and can’t recommend these guys enough! Most recently they have gone above and beyond to help fit a new alloy wheel and tyre for my car extremely quickly. As a women, a mechanics can be a daunting place, but here you know you will get a quality service that you can trust.
I was introduced to them in 2009 and I've never been disappointed once. My latest experience in 2021 I brought back a left hand drive car that needed compliance with UK specification headlights, fog lights speedometer unit. The moment issues I had was with DVLA. The car was at the garage for about a year and they changed me nothing extra. As a fact, I tried to compensate them for the car left at their property and they wouldn't have it. I couldn't have done it without them.
This is the best place around, and I’ve tried loads. Always reliable, they know their stuff and are very reasonable. They have never let me down always done a top class job. They are always super busy which tells you everything.
