   Refurbed my wheels in August, one week later a block of paint fell off a wheel. I contacted Waterworx who said "apologies I'll rebook you in". Then I had over 4 weeks of repeatedly ignored messages, when he finally did reply it was with excuses time and again. I'm a pensioner, I paid £360.00p for a sub-standard job which Waterworx agreed to put right - but he obviously had no intention of doing that. Unfortunately for him, yesterday I began the legal process to resolve matters. I'm told by solicitor that every aspect of this will be scrutinised. Thankfully I have a full and complete message trail to ensure I have everything that is required. If you look at the overall reviews they are reasonable. But for your own sake, look at the reviews when the work has been done and there is an issue.......they almost all mirror my own experience.

   I'm sorry to say I had my Alloy Wheels refurbished by Ryan, he turned up on time and they looked great when I got back home, nearly 3 months ago I've noticed the black paint is peeling off my Wheels, I've text Ryan and won't do anything about this which I think is bad business like he won't even text me back now?? So be careful having work done

   Ryan came to my work place to complete two alloy wheel refurbs and do a smart repair to a scratch on my bonnet. The car was going back the week after as it was coming to the end of the lease. After about 2 hours Ryan had competed a superb job on the scratches on the alloys and I could not even see where the scratch on the bonnet was previously. I would definitely recommend Ryan and will be using him again. Enough said.

   I have just had three of my alloy wheels refurbed, one was in quite a state, to be fair, and all I can say is, what a superb job he has done. They look absolutely brand new! A reasonable price, came out on a Saturday and all completed in the stated time. Top bloke and a top job done. Highly recommended.

   Ryan was prompt to answer my query and give me a quote. His quote was competitive. He provided a professional and efficient service. Came to my home to refurbish my alloy wheel after I hit the curb. I was more than happy with my repair. Can’t tell where the damage was and it’s guaranteed too. Will recommend him to others but hopefully I won’t need him again.
