Been a few times over the years - very difficult to park, never a proper/honest service provided, and on my most recent experience the mechanic was extremely rude and abusive.

I had a nightmare experience recently taken my vehicle to Needham’s for repair. for the front suspension of my vehicle, I was informed by Gary Needham it would be a straightforward if only this was true I had to take my vehicle back on four different occasions every time Mr Needham came up with a different prognosis and for me it would cost a lot more money hundreds of pounds in fact I decided to cut my losses and take it to another garage after they restrict the suspension down. They informed me that no new parts were fitted so I was scammed out of my money. Mr. Needham became very abusive when I confronted and asked for an explanation, but unfortunately he became very abusive and threatening I would definitely give this place a swerve
Dishonest mechanic... went to get a quote on scratch repair for my car. mechanic quoted me 800 for the job which is ludicrous. i had 2 other quotes around the 300 mark so i was expecting something similar. when i asked why the price was high, he laughed and said because i can. it's mechanics like him which give the industry a bad name. avoid at all costs!

Great little garage but no where to park! Had my spare tyre repaired for £10 as i turned up for work with a flat last July and my spare was flat! Refused to pay the fine on the grounds i was only in the garage 10-15 mins and came out to a £35 parking fine which is now £115. How you suppose to apply for a residential parking permit on the day? I'm giving the b******s down at Trafford council 1 Star for there lack of compassion!

I was recommended this garage by a friend and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Getting a water leak in the boot repaired and new spring coils fitted as well as MOT can be a daunting affair. I trusted Gary and his team at the garage and they got my car sorted over a couple of days. Although I had to prompt a couple of calls to check up to where things were, Gary and his team was honest and made me feel confident in their skills. Highly recommended! (PS: I visited two other garages before Gary to get quotes for my car to be fixed. Gary and Needham G S was by far the most reasonable)
Expensive. They charge the max possible price for MOT and they didn't call to let me know what repairs they were doing. Cost me near £500 for an MOT and service plus repairs with no warning. They didn't even call to say it was ready, had to keep chasing them. Won't be back.
