Took my BMW 430i to them last month for a service and coolant flush, usually go to BMW Stockport but was recommended to come here. They never told me when car was ready, just rang by chance and they said I have 45 mins to get there or they will shut. Picked car up and first thing I noticed that they had added 4 miles to car, thought nothing of it, maybe they took it for run for oil and fresh coolant to run through it. 2 days later noticed that my driver side door grab handle looked like its been replaced with a damaged old battered one whilst mine was as good as new because its a 2017 car with just 50k miles. I let that go but now over past month im having to top up the coolant twice a week. It drops below max after every run and after reading all the comments here, I have no intention of letting them touch my car again. Avoid these guys like the plague, dont think they have a clue what they doing outside the basic oil service.
I have used BM Tec about 2/3 times and every time it’s always been top service, friendly staff and they won’t charge you for work that doesn’t need doing, reasonable priced, always happy to help. Will be using them again

Manager is very rude and unprofessional, although other workers showed professionalism. I'd advise against using this garage as it might likely end up in conflict
I took my 1 series to BM TEC as I had the same fault happening over and over again, I left my previous garage to have the car looked at by Andy and I will now use only this garage! The team where honestly amazing! Extremely quick and very professional! Couldn’t recommend them more. My car now drives like a dream, I highly recommend BM TEC Thanks guys

Please everyone avoid going here at all cost. My BMW was blowing out blue smoke. They quoted me £6000 to fix it. I took it to someone else and it cost me £200 Absolutely ridiculous appalling reporting them to trading standards for fraud this is daylight robbery. Please avoid blacklist this business. very rude customer service absolutely unprofessional mechanics.
Fantastic service, repaired my car very rapidly. My car had misfire due to a bad injector which needed replacing and coding. The car was fixed and running smoothly very promptly. They charged a very fair price for the job. I will certainly return for any future work on my BMW
