   Wonderful service today. I have an 8 year old diagnosed autistic ADHD child and a 6 yr old child on the pathway to diagnosis. Previous experience of shoe shopping for school shoes has reduced me to tears as shoe shops can be seriously over stimulating places! Today was such a contrast in experience. Lovely helpful staff who listened to our needs and worked with us making us feel welcome and that our quirks weren’t even noticed. We had two members of the team help fit shoes to reduce waiting around. Both listened to what we needed in shoes and only brought a few suitable pairs to the kids making life simple and stress free. In the end we only needed to try on two pairs each (trainers and shoes) and left with all four pairs. If only every shoe shopping experience could be this easy! Thank you, you have a great team.

   Brilliant customer service. I bought some slippers online but unfortunately were a little too big. It was quick and easy (and free) to return them and exchange for the correct size. Fast delivery and great quality products. Can’t fault the company at all. Would definitely recommend them.

   I had to make an exchange with shoes. It was free post to return the shoes I didn't want. I spoke to Miles via email who sorted my exchange very quickly and it was a straightforward process. I was allowed two other pairs of shoes as they came to the same amount as the ones I was returning. Nothing was a problem. I was very happy with the customer service I received and how quickly everything was dealt with. I would definitely use this website to buy shoes again.

   Took my daughter in for her first shoes and we were served promptly by a professional young girl who measured her feet and recommended a number of different shoes, not just the most expensive ones. There were quite a few memerbs of staff standing round because there were so many of them compared to the amount of customers, but this didn't detract from the excellent customer service.
