   I have ordered lots of stuff , in November 24 my order took 3 weeks after I messaged asking how long it was going to take only then it came within 2 days , then 1 item missing from my parcel, emails , messages on Facebook and Instagram no luck no reply owe me money back . Disappointing dishonest , support local businesses !! then this happens no wonder people then don't , shame on you Jade McCarthy

   Normally delivery is prompt, but when the courier did not deliver my order a big problem! My emails have been ignored and the initial responses via Instagram from Jade are also no longer being read. And so a few months on no refund, such a shame as I won't be ordering anything from the Lane Boutique again!

   Lovely little boutique and friendly helpful staff. Quirky clothes not the usual highstreet rubbish. Buying online is a breeze and if you live local you can pick up at the store later. If not anything can be posted out to you. Live streaming every week on facebook showing you new stock modelled by the staff and items in the sale too. Whats not to like!

   Amazing customer service & fantastic clothes. I’m currently housebound after an operation, but wanted some of the things I had seen on Facebook. Zoey walked around the shop for me, sent me pictures & accessorised for me. Everything arrived within 2 days, I could not have asked for a better service. I never buy clothes on line, but I had utter confidence with the returns policy. However, it’s all staying! Thanks again for all your help, I will be back soon....
