   Unprofessional manager, kept my car for a simple 1hr MOT overnight without contacting me or letting me know the MOT had been complete then when I emailed expressing my dissatisfaction the manager was giving me an attitude. Went in the morning to collect my car which they provided no print out MOT certificate or even told me what had been done and was simply told to go on the GOV website and search my reg to see a breakdown of the work even though the website says they’ll explain to you what the car needs doing and offer help. The manager saw me and my family 2x in the morning and disregarded us - need to massively work on customer service and inappropriately speaking with customers rather than apologising and accepting they’ve made a mistake. Avoid if you’re a woman as they’ll just look down at you and treat you like an idiot. Poor service towards paying customers.

   Honestly Subhan was a life saver. My truck broke down at the garage and was accommodating and squeezed the work in by 1 day earlier then expected. They managed to find the issue and repair over few hours. Lovely brothers and definitely will go again with more future repairs and services.

   I have used these lads over the last 6 months for mine and my partners cars. My partner found the garage and went in on her own and the lads were more than professional with her. She explained that she didn’t know anything about cars and they made her feel at ease and gave her a great price and called me before they did any work to show that they weren’t taking advantage of a lady.
