I wouldn't use anywhere else to repair my car. Dave the owner and Lindsay his daughter have always been brilliant. The two mechanics Gaz and Alex are sound blokes. You get a good job done at a fair price. They have looked after my car, my wife's car and also my son and daughter-in-law's cars for years now and never had a problem.
I have used this garage twice and had bad experiences both times. 1st time, I asked them to fit some new seats in my car. When I collected it, I found they had scratched off a big part of my window tint while doing the job but never told me. Gave them the benefit of doubt that they hadn't noticed themselves and returned a few weeks later to sort a noise in my engine. Was told it was my gearbox and paid a hefty price to have it changed. Collected the car to find the noise still there! Returned for manager to check who stated the problem was my clutch, not my gearbox! Offered to replace that but not charge labour to make up for gearbox being replaced, however I was still out of pocket hundreds of pounds by paying for a new gearbox I never even needed! Unfortunately, this could be a good Garage if not for the mechanics as the Manager and booking in staff are very good and helpful. Shame the half assed mechanics let them down!
Car collected, problem rectified quickly, full service and break pads done. Dave kept me informed at all times. Great customer service at a good price too. Family business - Highly recommended.
