   I had an accident 2 years ago , not my fault . Cc response wrote my car off and said the hirer car was covered from 3rd party’s insurance company’s . In the last 2 months they have literally harass me , saying that want all my information bank statements etc otherwise I will be liable to pay £42,00 . After I was told it was covered . The stress and manplaution they was caused me is horrendous. DO NOT FALL in there trap .

   Took ny car wrote it off gave me a car saying I wudnt av to pay anything as accident was not my fault it was parked up outside my house I was not in car at the time they got the people that caused accident as was witnesses to this now after a year they are trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for car they let me use and I rang to say wanted smaller car conveniently they didn't have one ye right this on top of everything else that is going on in my life is causing me nothing but stress be very very wary of these greed is what they are about and now asking me what was I earning at the time what has that got to do with anything when I am not at fault JOKE OF A COMPANY in reply to your response yes I have co-operated and I needed car for work which I stated to You hence why I had a car in first place before some one smashed into it while parked outside my house and to be able to take care of my mum who was suffering with dementia as I also stated to you

   Awful company, do not use! They have made an accident that was not my fault a nightmare. They collected my car to inspect it, gave me a hire car, then wrote of my car for body panel damage. Moved my car from storage without me agreeing to it, sold my car to a dealership before i agreed to the payment settlement then made me travel 20 miles away to collect my belongings out my car, which was tossed in the boot. They then had a lawyer contact me several times, threating i would have to pay for the hire car, unless i provide all financial information and personal details regarding my case, which was nearly a year ago. The upset and stress this company has provided has been horrendous. Stay away!

   They treated me like scammers. They didn't help me at all but charged me a huge bill. I definitely do not recommend this company! They say their service is free but then you may have surprises... Think twice before using this company!

   The guys at CC Response have saved me with brilliant service. My car was hit while parked outside my house by a drunk driver. Rather than go through my insurance I decided to go through CC Response. They have kept me updated throughout the process to recover the value of my car as well as provide me with a hire car for almost a whole month. I can't thank them enough and would recommend again.

   Do not use this company. They will scam you. They are liars. They go by motor claims line as well as CC Response NW. Johnathan Gallagher from is one of the directors and lies to customers.

   Just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Tom and the team for sorting out a complicated insurance 3rd party claim on my Golf. The front was completely smashed and it has arrived home looking brand new. Tom sorted out all the claim, kept me upto date with the repairs and delivered the car home too. 5 stars deserved for excellent customer service.

   Spoke to them after I'd had an accident, within a couple of hours they had a loan car (a high end one too) sent to me and picked up my car for repairing. They let me know what was happing all the way through. Just got my car back to day and its all fixed to a high standard. 100% recommend these guys, takes all the stress for dealing with insurance companies specially stopping your insurance from being affected.
