    Awful place! Took my car here for an emegency he told me he was doing 2 fittings on my var but decided to only do one before talking to me, told me if I wanted the other part done id be recharged for labour, told me my car would also be safe to travel 5hrs in with my child but the belt has torn just driving it 40mins down the road! So basically paid for nothing! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Told me there was miss communication when there was no missed communication at all! Wasted £105 on nothing as car is now broken again not even 24hrs after collecting the car!!

    Rang for the first time to enquire about getting my car fixed and was being spoken to like I was asking a stupid question for asking how much it would be to repair my car. His response was 'I have no idea...' really rude and will not be calling again.

    I took my car, due to an ac fan problem, they charged me almost 300 pounds and it continued with failures, sometimes I couldn't turn off the anti-fogging, Daniel told me, he was sorry that he couldn't do anything else... now it's gone broken again, we are as at the beginning, but with almost 300 pounds less in the account. Worse still, I had an appointment with them for MOT and that day they did not open. I will never take my car there... be careful, they are not professionals

    I needed a replacement alternator for a 33 yr old transit & Daniel(EMS) was able to provide one from stock. He also took the pulley off for me on my old alternator a day later after I had taken my old one off the vehicle. EMS provided excellent service and were most helpful in my conversations with Daniel. I would absolutely use them again when the need arises.
