   Booked our car in late March for a 1 day job to be carried out in May. The garage had the car for over two weeks, week 1 spent fobbing us off while they cherry picked other jobs. Calls not returned and no sense of customer service despite repeatedly telling the garage that my partner needed her car as the lack of it was a huge inconvenience following major surgery. Avoid! Having spoke to the owner of this business I know he wasn't happy with this review. We were given a free MOT as, due to the delays we wouldn't have been able to get our car to the MOT which was booked elsewhere. Further to this review we found problems relating to the work carried out. As our car was immobile we called a mobile mechanic. He looked at the work and said it had been carried out by cowboys and this has caused further issues. I think the owner of this business needs to address his staff issues.

   This place literally saved me yesterday (08/03/24) I had a puncture and it's my daughter's birthday outing today. It was 4pm and I rang them and paul on reception told me not to worry they would get me sorted! They were busy but still managed to get me sorted. Within one hour of phoning the garage I was on my way home with a repaired tyre! Fully recommend this place! Friendly and go the extra mile. I had never used this garage before but they still went out of their way to help! Will 100% return! Thanks so much guys!!

   Sent my corsa in with an engine problem. Within 10 minutes of inspection i got a detailed phone call about the issue and upon pickup of the car. I had a detailed walk round and some good honest advice. Thanks guy's. See you again soon.

   Absolutely sterling service. I had called in due to a low oil warning on the vehicle and an inability to access under the bonnet due to a faulty release mechanism. I was in a dire rush as I had to make a journey to London to that weekend. Although they were too busy to be able to repair the fault in such a short timeframe, they managed to access the bonnet and replenish the low oils as a quick fix so I could complete my journey and book in a proper repair at a later date. It was an absolute lifesaver of a resolution. It’s such a rarity to encounter honest and professional tradesmen in this industry and I will definitely be exclusively using this company as my go-to for all my automotive needs in the future. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

   I phoned on a Saturday morning, asking about an MOT, and they gave me an immediate appointment, and my car was in a dire situation. Even though they were closing in an hour from the time that I phoned, they catered to my needs.    Simon and The Guys have diagnosed my car's issues and swiftly got it booked in. A couple of other problems were discovered whilst taking the car apart so I managed to get these repaired also. The car has never run or sounded as good. Everything done for a very reasonable cost. This is NOT one of those garages that employ cowboys and charge a fortune. Good honest reliable service and very friendly. What more can you ask for!
