   Really disappointed. I’m a long-term customer, but this experience has completely put me off. I was told my delivery would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called to ask where my food was. They told me the driver had already been and that someone at my address said they hadn’t ordered—this was untrue, and their driver always calls when he arrives. They said they would send the driver back and asked me to call again in 10 minutes. I did, still no food. When I called a second time, they told me to “give it a couple more minutes.” Eventually they phoned me, speaking rudely, and asked if I was “going to open the door,” claiming the driver had been waiting outside. I went down immediately—no one was there. I called back and cancelled the order. The driver finally showed up 15 minutes after I’d cancelled and rang me twice—1 hour and 45 minutes after I originally ordered. By then, I’d made other arrangements. I’ve been loyal for years, but after this experience, I won’t be using them again.

   Ordered a variety of dishes on Uber Eats - prawn toast, prawn crackers, chicken dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, and egg fried rice. The order was delivered quickly, which was great because everything was very fresh and still hot. The sweet and sour chicken was light and very flavourful. Not greasy like other places. Prawn toast were still crispy, and the dumplings were fresh too! Great job at Master Wong’s - highly recommended!

   Never had a bad meal in the 5+ years we have been ordering from here. Portions are generous and food always fresh and tasty. Lots of choice for vegetarians. Partner is fussy about quality of meat and is happy with it. Singapore rice is delicious and not seen it anywhere else.

   Had delivery from here. The food arrived looking terrible and smelling rancid and tasting worse. Like spoiled chocked or something. It went right in the bin. Don’t recommend it at all.

   They must have listened to the bad reviews because I was surprised to find that none of them applied to my order. Firstly the young lady taking the order was extremely polite and precise and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. The delivery was well within the prescribed time and everything was piping hot. The size of the portions were literally double the size in fact the containers were much bigger. Finally the dishes were full of flavors and tasted absolutely fresh. I almost wanted to ring them to congratulate them. Seriously one of the best food experience I’ve had in a long time

   Used to be regulars at master Wong, however soon after they become very rude and their prices are different as to what they say on the menu when you order over the phone, they’ve gotten my family’s order wrong many times, won’t be ordering from them again
