Brilliant dentist. Always on time and no hanging about. Reminder call say before which is brilliant too. Amazing!
All the staff were good but the dentist Riaz is terrible, she did not do anything to ease my 10 year son who was nervous because it was his first time visiting a dentist and send him back. When I said he has some issues and gets nervous she replied “We know what we are doing” I will file a formal complaint. I have never met anyone this rude and unprofessional. My son said while waiting for the bus that “Mom I am sorry I was nervous I just needed a few minute”. I know may be it was not possible to do his treatment as he was nervous but at-least she could be nice and explain things to us.
Extremely grateful to this surgery. Been worrying for a long time about a broken tooth as NHS urgent care won't help. These were the only dentist to take me on for extraction. Very kind and caring staff and were very understanding with my anxiety.
Friendly and experienced staff. They try their best to help the patients.
