   Overall amazing experience & I would highly recommend with no hesitation. The receptionist, Gill, made me feel really welcome and was happy to explain anything which I was unsure of with this being my first visit to the dentist in a while. Ellie & Tim are very thorough in their approach and made me feel calm during check up and procedure. I could not fault them and I will definitely be passing on the recommendation to my friends & family!

   All the staff in this practice are very professional and excellent at their jobs. I can't rate them highly enough. They have treated both my husband and myself. Tim has explained our treatment in detail from start to finish and the results are excellent, can't praise him enough. If you are looking for a new dental practice look no further!!!

   Would give 10 stars if it was allowed, I can’t recommend Jackson’s dental care enough I am registered blind walk with a cane and Gill and the staff Have looked after me so much it melts my heart to know they are decent humans still about, and I have my smile And have teeth again after I knocked mine out when I had epileptic fit and smashed my front teeth out. my confidence has gone through the roof and smiling now they are done. Tim is a great dentist and has done a brilliant job!!! Have a look at my before and after photos

   I was recommended to Jacksons Dental Care as I had not been to the dentist for years. I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend you contact Jill if you require an appointment with Tim at Jacksons Dental Care.

   I was initially referred to this dental practice by a family member who spoke very highly of Tim. After enrolling in their plan, I was disappointed by my experience with the receptionist, Gill. I recently had to cancel an appointment, providing the required 48-hour notice, but was met with sighs and an unhelpful response. I was informed that rebooking would require consultation with Tim, and there was a suggestion of a potential cancellation fee despite following proper protocol. While I understand the need for policies regarding cancellations, I found the interaction to be less than professional and not in line with the customer service I had anticipated. As a result, I have decided to cancel my plan and seek care elsewhere, where I can expect a more accommodating and positive experience when rescheduling appointments. I believe that with additional training in customer service, particularly in handling such situations with a more understanding and proactive approach, the practice could better serve its patients.

   Not seen a dentist in years and I've had major trouble with a wisdom tooth. I visited the emergency dentist and was advised I needed to see an oral surgeon but the next appointment was 3 weeks time. Cut a long story short the pain was immense and Jacksons dental managed to squeeze me in for a checkup and advise what the issue was. They couldn't sort the issue because the tooth was very close to the nerves but they did complete a checkup, xray the tooth and issue a perscriction for antibiotics because of an infection under the tooth. I've booked back in for another checkup and full clean in 6 months time

   I went to this dental practice for an emergency appointment . The treatment I received was first class. Tim Jackson is a very competent professional Dentist The treatment was explained in detail and carried out in a very professional manner . The extraction was done with such expertise it was over in a very short period of time with no stress or the associated ' extraction trauma. ' No pain, all gain! . I left pain free and highly relieved to be torture free. I highly recommend this practice, and considering the quality of the treatment the prices are very reasonable .

   Fantastic Dentist. Very professional and explains everything in detail. I cannot praise this Dentist enough. My son was terrified of going to the Dentist but has been to Jackson's Dental Care and was made to feel relaxed and has now had most of his treatment completed and says Tim has made him confident to start going to the Dentist again.    I first went to this Dentist in July 2017 fora check up & clean & polish i was vey pleased with it.As i was not knowing what he was like As i had been with my Dentist Robert Ashton for 28yrs and he gave up his Dentist Practice To Tim Jackson who it now belongs to him now. I have since gone back to this Dentist on the 20th/21st February 2018 & had 2 filling & being sorted for a crown. Being always afraid of Dentist well going to a new one.Well i need not have worried Tim is very gently and explains everything he is doing & put you at ease.I will not be afraid of going here again.I recommend this Dentist as Top for anyone who is afraid of going to a Dentist he did a top job on my teeth.
