   After years of avoiding dentists (because I’m petrified) I had a long chat with Sue (Head receptionist) who was extremely understanding, very Helpful and reassured me I would be in the best hands, she wasn’t wrong, Mr Hussain explained what needed to be done and made me feel at ease. What an amazing team who went above and beyond to help me and over come some of my fears. Can’t thank them all enough.

   I am a well retired person. Having implants involves much surgery in my case. Mr Singh and his assistants go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are kind and considerate in every way. Park House are recommended. Thanks.

   I visited Park House dental today and the process was very slick and efficient. The reception staff were great and sorted all my forward appointments for check ups and to see the hygienist. Ash the dentist and Jo the nurse put me at ease for my replacement filling and I was very relaxed throughout the process whereas I’m usually quite tense. Ash spent some time helping me understand how to work on improving my cleaning regime to get the best results on hard to reach areas which was much appreciated. I’ve been very impressed with Ash on my last two visits and her cheerful, educational and efficient attitude is refreshing.

   Sharing my recent experience from my recent dental appointment at Parkhouse Springhead. I woke up with throbbing tooth ache and contacted my surgery to request an urgent appointment. The lady I spoke to was extremely sympathetic and understood my needs. I was provided with an appointment that very same morning! At my appointment the dentist realised I am extremely anxious about dental treatment. I received a very sympathetic and calming approach, with the dentist talking to me throughout the appointment making me feel at ease - which was so important to me. Good service and patient care appear to be at the forefront of all they do at this dental surgery. A big Thank YOU from me … I highly recommend anyone with a nervous disposition to dental treatment to visit Parkhouse Springhead!
