I suffer from extreme anxiety..I was greeted at the desk by a lovely lady who made me feel at ease talked me through the forms to fill out which was a massive help..I was taken from the waiting room by the loveliest dental nurse she picked up on my anxiety and was quick to hand me a tissue she never stopped asking if I was ok and told me to take my time,the dentist was a lovely gentleman he also understood my anxiety!he talked me through everything the pros and cons and I went through with the procedure,his work was 110% I then spoke to the dental nurse who was happy to go through my options she made me feel so comfortable as my teeth are a massive thing to me and I was made to feel like a normal person for once she didnβt leave me till she knew I was ok,she walked me out then herself and a lovely receptionist spoke to me about my options the staff on the desk are lovely for once I didnβt leave the dentist in tears and Iβm 43! This dentist has literally saved my life and they have the best staff ever!!! Iβm so happy to have found them!!!

I hadnβt been to the dentist in about six years, so I was a bit nervous about my check-up. From the moment I arrived, the dentist (Ioan and Abi was my nurse) was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring. They took X-rays and did a thorough examination, and everything was clearly explained to me throughout the visit. Thankfully, everything looked good and no further treatment was needed. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and Iβm glad I chose this practice. Highly recommended!

I canβt thank Sophie and Ioan enough! Me and my children have always been nervous of the dentist but they both made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. Sophie is so reassuring and she genuinely cares. They make you comfortable throughout, such a lovely team.

AVOID THIS DENTAL PRACTISE AT ALL COST! SCAM! I have been a private patient and opted for the Invisalign treatment 3 years ago which was sold to me as I wanted to correct my bite. Number of scans were conducted by Dipa. This dentist promised me the world. I was also promised the treatment will be completed within 6 months. However, 13 months later (with additional sets of aligners) the results were not as promised. THE DENTIST OVER PROMISED AND DID NOT DELIVER THE RESULTS! I was Β£3.6k out of pocket too. I was then advised to do bonding (HELL NO!!!) A further cost!! Is this the modern way of scamming?? Upon submitting a formal complaint, I was advised Dipa was not a specialist dentist for Invisalign and they referred me over to a new dentist. They cannot refund me but the new dentist will work on the treatment plan. Upon seeing him, he started a brand new plan and advised my case is complex. He ordered me my treatment plan and aligners and after 2 years of travelling all the way to Salford and Droylsden to see him the results are still not what was promised. There has been constant challenges trying to get appointments with the dentist, they were quick at taking the monies off me too! Total SCAMMERS!! I have expressed my frustration on several occasions and now going down the legal route!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I have dealt with Sonia from the very start of my appointments and I could not feel more comfortable reassured and settled, Sonia has been a massive help from constant questions phone calls etc. Sheβs honestly the kindest most genuine supportive person she canβt do enough for you I have no bad words to say. The dentist overall is calm welcoming and lovely waiting areas lovely staff . But Sonia has been my go to and I canβt praise her enough!

Iβm not happy with this dentist at all. I think they are racist and they donβt treat NHS patients. For about more than two years now we have not been going for check up and when I call them, they say they are not taking any patients for checkup, meaning if you are an NHS patient they will not see you. My son is due for his braces but because the dentist didnβt put him on the waiting list earlier, he still hasnβt received them (heβs 14). All his friends in his age or before his age have already receive braces.

Really bad experience with this dental practice. I had a filling in before and it came off after a week, and also it seems like they try to rush everything, I have been asking for a filling for a hole for a long time, always got food stuck there, but they seems like do not care and ignore it all the time! My son had a fill in, face got swollen because of the dentist has not cleaned his hole before put the filling in. Recently my son had a filling there again, same problem, not cleaned the hole at all, two fillings took less than 30 seconds. Then one of them dropped out within a week, after the filling dropped blood in the hole, because dentist has not made it clean before put the filing in. Went there again( no other choice) and the dentist said it because my son is not cooperating, this is why the fillings has came off. And also said the blood is because of food got stuck in there(when the filling dropped out, there were blood there). If we have any other choice I would not go there at all. Try your best to avoid this dental practice! Try other places!

I have to say at first they was very good but I had to have root canal on front tooth which has made it servely discolored ,and was told the nerve would be dead and I wouldn't get any more pain from it at all ,but unfortunately I am suffering with really bad pain and throbing feeling, would not recommend at all,I unfortunately missed like 2 appointments in my whole time with them and was kicked out I explained i was going through alot and my little boy hadn't been well also I was I was under going treatment and they still didn't take that into consideration and wouldn't let me back I am now suffering and can not get into any dentist with nhs as none are available, feel very let down ,stay clear at all cost , very disappointed with the treatment and now still in pain ,stay clear of this denist at all costs

I feel I must say a big thanks to the girls at Simplyone dentists in Ashton under Lyne. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and this jubilee weekend I had terrible toothache absolute murder..I rang them on Monday morning at 9am and by 10.25 same day I was having the tooth removed!! The Dentist was great, the job was done and life was back on track!! Thanks girls for getting me in..I really appreciate it. Ian
