I asked if she could make me Dentures. She could not then charged me for the Advice. Never go near ever again. Rubish. Disgusting
A very disappointing service. If you are invited to leave a review and it’s not 5 stars you are then reverted back to the surgery website asking why your review is not a positive one. You then explained why you are disappointed with the service and then you confirm that you would like a call back to discuss it further. You confirm you would like a call back then nobody phones you!!! It’s ok having a fancy refurbished practice but the treatment and service needs to match this!!!!

Got same day appointment for tooth extraction which I was grateful for. Paid upfront for dental examination when made appointment. But was disappointed when had to sign form whilst sat in dentist chair to say I would pay for treatment of tooth extraction. Just found it a bit unprofessional. Dentist and staff were very nice.
Used this dentist for over 14 years. Even after moving away from the area I carried on as long as I could. Unfortunately the lack of own transportation and the distance away made it impossible to carry on my regular visits. If local then I highly recommend this dentist, hell if I could I’d still be using them. Thanks for the great service over the years.
The team at Better Dental are first class. I have always been happy with Patrick as my dentist but recently have also seen Ruksana who is also absolutely first class. The treatment and care are second to none. The rest of the team are also professional, polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
I had a cracked tooth in December and rang them as they are near to my workplace. When they heard it was an emergency they got me an emergency appointment as I couldn’t get hold of my previous dental practice. Patrick relieved my Pain and then booked me in to sort out the issue as soon as possible. He was so good I have since switched to that practice permanently and have been extremely satisfied with my treatments. I would have no hesitation in allaying any fears people may have as they obviously care about their patients.
