I’ve just completed my treatment with Invisalign, whitening, and composite veneers—and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel so well looked after. They’re incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely care about your comfort and confidence throughout the process. I've been using The Fold literally from opening! The staff are all super skilled and really friendly. I love the fact that I can get all my procedures done under the one roof .... my dental and beauty treatments. I would highly recommend Lance, Claire and all the team! Keep up the good guys and thanks for looking after me!
I have been trying to get into the fold for about 9 months now, have made around 20 attempts as i had a mouth guard fitted, it has not worked so i wanted to get another one done, my face has become seriously disfigured because i've not been able to get in, out of the 20 + attempts several times i was told someone would call me back, i waited by the phone no one ever did, today the receptionist told me no one has called me back because they have more important customers than me that are more of a priority. i would suggest you AVOID AT ALL COSTS this practice, they do not care about their patients, they don't get back to people, and they seem to be operating some class system where some customers are deemed more of a priority than others
Excellent dentists! Me and my daughter are both very nervous patients however Toni Ann has managed to turn things around with her patience and caring attitude. She has a gift with children! Lily has gone from not sitting in the chair to now having a full check up and even a filling today! Thanks so much for taking extra time to make it a positive experience.
Love this practice. The receptionist is so so lovely and Lance is the best dentist I've ever seen. He is so so friendly, offers a wonderful service and the results are always top notch. I have had a variety of work done including Invisalign, veneers and inlay's - I have never been disappointed with the results. A friendly surgery with honest and amazing results!
