   I would like to share how grateful I am to Firwood Dental Practice, for always treating myself and husband with professionalism, but also with understanding of our needs and empathy when needed. Every staff member treats us as part of their ‘family’ and for that we thank the whole team. Finally, I recently needed an old amalgam filling replacing, and I can’t believe what an excellent job Eva has done…. It looks so amazing and as if there is t even a filling there…brilliant!!!! Thanks to all.

   We’ve had a great experience at Firwood Dental Practice. Joanna on reception is very friendly and Eva, the therapist, is friendly and considerate, really putting you at ease. Natalie is professional and knowledgeable, and arranged the referral my daughter needed. She’s also doing my treatments, and the diamond teeth whitening has been fantastic. We’re very happy with the care we’ve received and highly recommend Firwood Dental Practice.

   I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I was terrified of the dentist which stemmed from a childhood phobia. From the moment I stepped into the practice I was treated with respect empathy understanding. Natalie is AMAZING! I had to have various treatments and every step of the way Natalie talked me through what she was going to do. If I needed time for anything we could stop. There is no rushing you are made to feel like an individual and listened to. I also had to have a scale & polish. Eva again was AMAZING. Step by step I was advised what was going to happen and reassured. I never thought I would say this but I now enjoy going to the Dentist and my fear has gone. Thanks for being an incredible team. Professional, Excellent Customer Service and Welcoming!

   Restored my confidence with the dentist. I moved to Chadderton around 6 years ago and haven’t been to a dentist in all that time due to previous bad experience. Now I have a young daughter I need to take I knew I needed to just take the plunge and register myself. I was so nervous and anxious and following my consultation I knew I needed two fillings and a good clean. I did these over two appointments one with the hygienist (so sorry I have forgotten your name) and one with Natalie. Both ladies were absolutely amazing they really reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, it’s a very warm feeling in the surgery both waiting room and treatment rooms, and every staff member I met was warm and welcoming and really helpful. I took my daughter for her first visit and Natalie was great with her too. My trust and confidence has now been restored and I love that I have no fears about visiting the dentist or having further treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone.

   I recently had some treatment at Firwood Dental Practice and was very nervous about the procedure. Natalie was extremely professional and reassuring and put me at ease prior to the treatment, which went very well and was pain free. The aftercare for patients is excellent, I was contacted the next day to check on my progress and asked to contact the surgery should I have any problems. All of the staff at the surgery are helpful, friendly and very approachable. An excellent practice all round!

   Wow I am so impressed. The practice runs like clockwork, the staff from Natalie to the dental nurses to the front of house team are so friendly and kind. My youngest was playing up in the waiting room and the team was really nice about it. Natalie herself is brilliant and amazing with young children. I feel so lucky that I stumbled across this dental practice and I look forward to my kids future check ups as they get older :-)

   Recently we had the pleasure of meeting Natalie who has taken over from Mr Pong. My children are quite apprehensive as far as the dentist is concerned, however Natalie really put them at ease and the appointment went really well. My son had to have an extraction this week, she talked him through everything she was doing and she was absolutely amazing with him despite his fear, as were the other ladies who work there. We even received a call the following day to check how he was doing. I cannot recommend this dentist enough.

   I took my 2 young children here last week, the reception staff were lovely and there was another family in the waiting room that had just had a good visit too. Natalie the dentist was brilliant with my two girls .. she made them at ease very quickly and gave them a good check over, praising them for looking after their teeth and encouraging them to continue. I will be moving the family to this practice as we all left feeling really positive about a visit to the dentist! Thanks to all of you
