Excellent implant treatment from Andrew and the team at Shelley & Pope. Just to add that I was warned away by a family member after she had experienced a lot of pain during her implant at a different dental practice. No such worries with Andrew. The care he took was exemplary and the whole process was pain free. Needless to say I am delighted with the finished job and enjoying the new experience of chewing on both sides of my mouth. You are in expert hands at this practice.
Returned recently to this amazing practice, and was made to feel at home imediately despite an absence of 6 yrs . I already have two implants completed by Dr Andrew Shelley and I did not hesitate to return when I required another .it was a pleasure to return to discover just how this practise has grown and developed a over my absence period . It is a team practice of highly qualified and very skilled professionals in all areas of the dental world,. It gas a comprehensive team of nursing professionals and ,hygienists. To complete this there is an office management team a superb reception and administration team all working superbly together, for patient needs . Today was the start of my return journey I was very nervous about my extraction and it's possible difficulties however I certainly need not have worried . Everything went so well and the tooth was removed in one with no pain thank-you so much Dr Andrew Shelley I am very proud of being your patient and shall not hesitate to recomend you whe the need arises. Andrew and Lauren were brilliant. The procedure was fast and painless and i couldn’t recommend them enough. Also a thank you to Donna who got me an appointment with a date and time to suit me. A great team who made going to the dentist not seem so bad!

I have been more than impressed with the kindness and patience of Simon Pope. Going to the dentist isn’t my favourite pastime but when l had to be referred from my usual dentist to receive treatment from Simon l was obviously a bit wary. I needn’t have worried, he spent time explaining the treatment l needed and made me feel totally relaxed. As it happened the outcome was far better than we both expected and l am so so pleased to be able to recommend Simon, he is dedicated to his profession. Thank you Simon and your lovely nurse.
I have previously had Dental Implants , at a different practice and was apprehensive about going ahead with the treatment. I had nothing to worry about. From start to finish everyone in the surgery has surpassed all expectations I had. I have had immediate dentures made with James who couldn't have been better in any way. When I explained what I was going through and how I was feeling he understood. He told me step by step the process and what was next to be done. By far the best experience I have ever had at a surgery, from the greeting at reception to the awesome treatment I have received from Simon and his nurse. Couldn’t be more helpful, pleasant, genuinely kind and extremely professional. I felt completely at ease and comfortable in their care. Everything is explained in great detail including the costs involved. I would highly recommend this practice.
