   Hello, I was referred by my Dentist for an emergency implant procedure. I just felt it necessary to reach out and thank Nigel and the whole team for their treatment of me. After experiencing a really bad fall and the impacts of this to my teeth and face I cannot explain to you how much the kindness, compassion and care I received meant. Thank you so much for the urgency in Nigel getting me into the surgery so quickly, explaining the procedure, putting me at ease and for delivering a result I was unsure would be achievable given the starting point. Georgia and the Dental nurses were amazing and again I appreciate how much care was taken, whilst lifting my mood with their humour. Thank you also to Helen and the whole team for the explanation of the procedure and aftercare. Nobody wants to have to visit a Dentist as an emergency, but I honestly left just feeling so grateful for the management and expertise of the process.    I would 100% recommend Bramcote Dental Practice after having a recent dental implant (including bone graft and sinus lift) under the care of Dr Nigel Saynor. I first visited the practice for a second opinion after being told by another dentist that I wasn’t suitable for a dental implant. I had been advised to undertake extensive bridge/crown work which would also damage neighbouring healthy teeth. I am so glad I got a second opinion as I now have the implant in place and the procedure was extremely successful. The whole process was really straightforward with very little discomfort. Dr Saynor is an expert in his field and I felt in very safe hands. The whole team at Bramcote are all really supportive and understanding that I was a nervous patient. I can’t thank them enough for the care that I received and the fact that I have a full smile again thanks to their expertise! I would not hesitate to recommend Bramcote Dental Practice to anyone.

The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My dentist (Nigel Saynor) was so skilled and efficient, addressing my issue with both care and consideration.    I went to see Dr. Nigel Saynor for the first time last week at Bramcote Dental Practice for an implant and bone graft. I chose Nigel having listened to my husband's glowing reports about his implant with him, and especially having read these excellent reviews here. I had already had one implant elsewhere, and although I couldn't fault the implantologist's work and professionalism, the time it took from tooth extraction to the final visit (before post-op check-ups) was excessive ( nine visits over a 10-month period, including a visit to CT Dent in Altrincham for a CT scan ) and this didn't include a bone graft or a temporary crown (it was a back tooth so I wasn't bothered about the temporary gap). I was therefore overwhelmed when visiting Nigel and his team as they practically performed the whole implant procedure on my first visit (at my request)! This included a CT scan (saving me a trip to CT Dent) and x-rays, an initial consultation, tooth extraction, an implant with significant bone grafting followed by a beautiful temporary crown. All this took just 30 minutes and was practically painless. For the rest of the day I suffered minimal pain with the help of Ibuprofen, and by the next morning, no pain killers were required. I would, without hesitation, recommend Nigel and his team for their efficiency, expertise and professionalism.

   I have recently moved to Bramcote dental surgery, after some dental problems at my existing practice. I am absolutely delighted with the care provided by Nigel, Ijaz and Deborah. The practice offers extremely professional advice and care. My only regret is that I did not move to Bramcote thirty years ago. I would highly recommend. Thanks to everyone at the practice

   After overcoming my fear, I met with the hygienist Becky today and as soon as I came in I was made to feel incredibly comfortable. I can’t thank the staff at Bramcote enough for making my experience a positive one. Very impressed with the clean and polish I received and I was given tons of information about the procedure itself and how to prevent build up on my teeth again. I was definitely put at ease knowing the staff that work at Bramcote are so knowledgeable. I will only trust Bramcote with my teeth from now on! Thanks again to Nigel, Becky and the team :)
