**Disappointing Experience - Overpriced Diagnostics & Inflated Quote** I brought my car in for a basic check today, only to be charged a steep £70 "diagnostic fee". What's more shocking is their £400+ quote for a part replacement, while an RAC-approved garage provided the same service for £180 (including parts & labour). Strongly advise consumers to always get written quotes and compare prices elsewhere to avoid being overcharged.
I've used Manchester MOT Centre twice now with two separate cars. one being a 25 year old car and the other 5 years old. Both times had great customer service and would highly recommend this garage. Between all the mechanics there they have a great wealth of knowledge for any type of vehicle. Would highly recommend.
You will not find a more honest trustworthy and decent garage around. The owners and mechanics are unbelievably honest and provide a service that in this day and age you very rarely see.
Very friendly staff! I got in touch and they replied instantly, they were happy to help and go out of their way to sort out what I needed. They clearly care about eachother and have a nice work atmosphere, a good laugh with customers and do a excellent job! I will be going back if i ever need anything else and would highly recommend this place to others

A very clean and professional garage. Great customer service and friendly attitude from Callum and Dillon who are the two guys I had dealings with. I took my car for an MOT and it was done in a thorough and professional way. Having an MOT on your car is almost as bad as going to the dentist - full of trepidation at what might be found and how much it will cost thankfully this time my car sailed through without a hitch. I would highly recommend this garage if you need an MOT or mechanical work. I believe they are very reasonable and trustworthy.
Its amazing that little things like licence plate bulbs mysteriously start working again every time we take our zafira in. Its a great place at reasonable prices and most importantly trustworthy; they do the job they're asked to do without charging for things they haven't done. They even advise on jobs that don't need doing. They're honest and reliable.
