   The staff is always friendly, and the office is clean and welcoming. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby — now I’m 25 and still trust them with my dental care! I used to see Dr. Patel’s dad, and now Dr. Patel continues the same wonderful care. Both he and his wife are absolutely lovely and make every visit a great experience. Truly a wonderful family practice that makes you feel right at home.

   I’ve been coming to Union Street Dental Practice for nearly 2 years now with my family, and I honestly cannot fault them. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, which really puts you at ease. Our dentist, Sheena, is absolutely amazing – she looks after us with such care and always has a smile on her face. She makes what could be a stressful experience feel relaxed and comfortable. My family and I always feel in safe hands here. It’s rare to find a practice where the whole team are consistently so professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend Union Street Dental Practice to anyone in Oldham looking for excellent dental care.

And take time to advise and discuss treatment, without making you feel rushed. They also keep up to date with new techniques and equipment. Highly recommend.

   I have just had my front tooth crown replaced with an additional 3 porcelain veneers. I kept putting this procedure off as I was scared that my tooth under my crown that needed replacing (due to my gum receding after 25 years)would not be healthy. I had nothing to worry about at all. Mr Patel was very good and explained the whole procedure and assured me everything would be okay. All the way through the process, Mr Patel explained his next steps, which made me feel relaxed and trust in what he was doing. The whole experience was not as daunting as I thought it would be. My new crown and my veneers look very natural, which is what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have been with Mr Patel’s dental surgery for approximately 40 years. My family also attends this surgery and would totally recommend this friendly family-run practice. Thank you, Mr Patel and team, for my new smile.

   It's amazing practice. I can say it's the best dentist in Oldham . Receptionist answer on all questions done appointment and reminding. Doctor was so much professional was listening and giving advise, no rushing . make sure children is not scared with passion explain to my little one how to look after her mouth. With me it's first time to have proper check up with full explanation and full advise with planning next steps. Strongly recommend this practice to people who is tired to change every now and then all practised around and don't have proper service.

   This used to be mine dentist. Left because he wouldn't put my youngest daughter on his books as he was only taking private patients. Had a difficult time adding my eldest and he wouldn't see her until she was 3 and a half. On one occasion I was left waiting almost an hour for my booked appointment as a private patient was pushed ahead.

   Not happy at all with these lot. I find the receptionists always make excuses and rebook your appointments. Then they dont inform you so you miss your appointment. They use this as an excuse to remove you from their register. I requsted to speak to Mr Patel and he rudely declined the first time to see me. Then when i did meet him to discuss my complaint he arrogantly blamed me!!! I only joined this practise because his father was my dentist years ago but this man is going to ruin his fathers reputation! I will write a formal complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) and the General Dental Council (GDC) about this unfair treatment.
