   Marcel is such a patient dentist. My grown up daughter has ASD and significant dental anxiety, and nothing is too much trouble, always explains everything and is incredibly patient. Very accommodating, not minding about her sensory toys or headphones. Always gives you all the options available to you so that you can make an informed decision regarding any treatment. Best dentist we’ve ever had!

   The denist himself was great with me and my children he's very welcoming and approachable I give him full stars! but what let the experience down was the receptionist staff are very rude not welcoming I had to interrupted an unprofessional conversation to book in after standing there waiting for a bit then one being very rude with her comments on another little boys play giving dirty looks and commenting rudly. Receptionist staff let the place down! Very unprofessional!

   I went this evening for my 6 monthly check up. I am very nervous of appointments due to experiences with other dentists in the past. Emily was fantastic. She Talked me through everything and offered advice with options and made me feel at ease. Reception staff were also very helpful. A five star experience ✨️

   Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever been to. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful and the dental nurses are all so nice and put you at ease. My dentist is called Marcel and he's brilliant. It's the first time I've not actually felt the needle being put in my gums . He's such a good dentist but also is friendly and non judgemental. He has gone above and beyond to help me get my teeth looking great again and give me my confidence back . Everyone is professional but warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

   Went to the kids club today and must say what a great idea from the staff at this Quayside dentist site. Putting the local kids first. Rob (dentist) was so good with my girls and the lady who assisted him was so nice and pleasant. Naomi on reception was so welcoming when we arrived the other lady on reception was welcoming to others attending their appointments. After we saw the dentist, we went next door to see a lady called Gemma, who gave advice to my girls, as well as giving them a little gift bag such a lovely lady. Would highly recommend this practice for any NHS or private patients 10/10 keep up the good work

   I have been trying to contact the clinic for a while.. by a while I mean since November last year. For almost 3 months with calls being made maybe 3/4 times a week not once was the calls answered by the reception team at quayside, but by an out of hours call service. I had told them the situation, but each time you get the same response ''we'll put you in for an urgent call back'' that never happens. You want to email them? Email is invalid and does NOT work, don't bother. How do you contact a clinic that refuses to be in contact with it's patients?.. shocking stuff

   Since showman sold up I've had nothing but trouble with this dentist. Had to wait weeks for a late appointment, the the dentist left so my follow on appointment got cancelled after I had paid in advance for the treatment. them I was told it would be 3 weeks before I could see another dentist finally had the treatment ie 4 fillings replaced. Since the treatment I've been back 3 times with a problem with 1 of the teeth I had filled. Been back today as I've had a abscess since xmas eve. Went back again today and the dentist wasnt interested The dentist I see isnt back in until the 20th jan as he has is own practice asked if she could just extract it to solve the problem but she wouldn't!!!!!!.. so I have to put up with the problem they caused until the 20th of jan....showman had a bad rep but he wouldn't of put up with this.. and before you start have you tried getting a dentist and yes I've looked.been going to showman for 40yrs never had a problem when showman owned it. They cant evan keep the dentist they have got was told today 2 dentist are leaving. Get a grip sort it out

   Phoned for an appointment on Friday regarding toothache. I was asked whether it was an emergency which I believed it was not. Very grateful to be allocated a Monday appointment. Very courteous at reception and exceptional Dentist. No pain felt during extraction. Thank you.

   Tried phoning numerous times throughout the day but not once did anyone answer the phone. I have used this dentist in the past and everything went great, very good dentist and very friendly staff just a shame in regards to booking new appointments, left details for a call back but never received a call.
