   I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dental practice. I was referred for a tooth extraction and attended for a pre-treatment X-ray. The gentleman who carried out the X-ray was professional, kind, and could not be faulted. However, when I attempted to leave the practice, I found my car had been blocked in and I was unable to exit the car park. Reception advised that the vehicle likely belonged to a dentist, who I found out was called Imran Chhadat. Despite explaining that I needed to leave, I was told I would have to wait until he had finished with his patient. As a result, I was prevented from leaving the premises for approximately 30 minutes after my appointment had ended. I have a baby at home and had arranged and paid for a babysitter for only the duration of my appointment. This situation caused unnecessary stress, delay, and additional expense. When the dentist eventually came down, his behaviour was confrontational and unprofessional. He raised his voice and stated that his patient was the priority, not me. I responded that the priority should be correcting his own mistake rather than preventing a patient from leaving. He then stated that it was “his land” and that he could park where he wanted, claiming it was staff parking. There is no signage indicating staff-only parking or private land, and the car park is clearly used by patients. Blocking a patient in and refusing to move a vehicle is unacceptable. The manner in which I was spoken to after already being delayed was distressing and completely inappropriate. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and shook up and I would not expect this level of conduct from any healthcare professional.

   Went here because of a referral from my dentist. Very efficient. Was contacted the same day and was booked in. Easy to get to. Friendly service . Was scene by the Scottish guy and the tall slim pretty girl with brown hair. Had to extract a very awkward wisdom tooth, hence the referral. Was done in minutes and now im recovering. Would definitely recommend!

   Exceptional service, Babis assisted me with composite bonding after my invisalign treatment. Love it and very happy with my teeth. I had some issues shortly after, which Elisabeth promptly arranged to get sorted on the same day. Genuinely happy with my experience and service at Precision Dental.

   I had a really great experience recently Precision dental. From the moment I walked in, Beth made me feel comfortable – she was welcoming and genuinely helpful. Jess, the nurse, was brilliant too. She was friendly and took the time to explain everything properly. Nothing felt rushed and I left feeling well looked after. Highly recommend!

   I attended a different practice who dealt with a big abscess but referred me here because big back tooth (wisdom) with 3 roots and crumbled top and may need minor surgery to remove. Think it was Dr Patel was professional and comforting. Jabbed me up so no feeling but removing a tooth involves some pressure. At one point after a crack i thought ahh it's going to hurt, but then boom, done, tooth out. No pain, no surgery. Super impressed. The dental nurse was nice and friendly. Reception was friendly. Building looks like some decorating going on. On web says parking but really there isn't. But parking up local road Recovery, going well but some spiky bone i assume taking a while to cover. I hope they do

   I went in to have my wisdom tooth removed, staff were really friendly and approachable. I was in with the dentist within 5 mins of arriving and he and the dental nurse were very lovely and explained everything. I was never in any pain and was put at ease with everything.

   I was referred to Precision Dental Clinic for a Wisdom tooth extraction. I am writing this review for anyone who is as terrified as I was prior to my procedure. The team at this practice were amazing. They were so reassuring from the time my appointment was booked to the actual procedure. I wont deny it was very frightening indeed, although this was not due to the care and professionalism shown to me during the procedure. I also must add that I felt no pain. The tooth was out in minutes and the team allowed me time in the chair to recover (I was a little wobbly) Thank you so much for everything you did for me, and the constant care, understanding and gentleness shown to me. You are my hero's.

   Fantastic dental practise. Very polite and capable staff. Had a back tooth removed today that a previous dentist couldn't remove after nearly an hour of painful pulling and prodding. Less than 5 minutes and these legends had removed the tooth and ended months of pain and aches! Thoroughly recommended. Cheers, guys

   I've just recently had 2 teeth extracted by the dentist here and I can honestly say as having the most worst anxiety about this procedure, everything went absolutely amazing after going numb my teeth were out within minutes and absolutely pain free! He was so reassuring throughout and the dental nurse was so so lovely! I couldn't thank them both enough and for the receptionist talking me through the whole thing before hand! Great care and service and I recommend anybody going here! Thankyou again!!
