   I would like to thank Phil (dentist) and Lisa (dental nurse). They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my treatment. I had dental implants and I am so happy with my new smile. Ellie was superb sorting my appointments out for me and answering any queries I had. I would definitely recommend.

   UNETHICAL & Fake Reviews. Don’t believe the reviews, they bribe you as give a £30 discount on your second visit for writing a good one. Bribery. Also, they don’t let you change your appointment despite not receiving reminders & giving advance notice without a fine! Have reported to Google! Terrible customer service. Much better and ethical dentists around. AVOID.

   I was referred here by my NHS dentist as he couldn’t help me with a broken tooth and Bridge. From Bryony at reception to Mr Phil, I feel so much more confident about dental visits. They are understanding, talk in terms that you understand, offer options and give you an opportunity to decide what you want to do. Being in the chair (is what we all dread) was the best it could have been, i had sedation for the implant and all my follow ups were straight forward. There are different payment options too. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend this clinic.

   Great service, staff is polite, friendly. The dentist Phil is excellent, he made my crowns, I feel great with them. I also use the hygienist and she is great as well. The receptionist Bryony is friendly and helpful. Happy, I found this practice after a bad service in the previous practice.

   So far so good, straight from my first visit, everybody made me feel extremely comfortable, they have been fantastic. My implant was a painless process and the temporary tooth looks great, looking forward to having my permanent one in a couple of weeks. Extremely clean surgery and all involved are totally professional. It's a great place to get your dental work done. Cannot thank everyone enough. Very pleased with the whole experience. Gordon.

   Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.
