   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t praise my dentist and hygienist enough — they are simply amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, you feel completely at ease. The whole team is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference when you’re in the chair. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush you. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ wellbeing, not just ticking boxes or getting you in and out quickly. My hygienist is so gentle yet thorough, and my teeth have never felt better. The dentist’s attention to detail and calm reassurance make every visit a positive experience something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines professionalism with genuine care and kindness, look no further. They’re simply the best!

   A brilliant practice that serves our family. Speaking for myself, the Dentist Rob is so nice and explains brilliantly and clearly how things are, what to keep an eye on etc. I've been visiting the hygienist for a couple of years as similarly a pleasant experience. I'm always keen to thank both professionals in the room at the appointments because it is a team effort and the staff are all so nice. We recently took my son who has special needs and doesn't really understand why someone would want to poke around in his mouth. They treated him with the greatest dignity and me and mum were put at ease Reception: what can I add, just so nice and helpful both in person and on the phone. Receptionists in medical environments often get short shrift, not here, brilliant part of the team. I highly recommend this practice.

   Fabulous dental practice. The staff went above and beyond to answer my queries especially Kate. Reception staff are very friendly and my dentist Nasreen was fabulous and spent time explaining everything throughout my appointment. The 3D images of my teeth were great and really helped me understand what was going on! I really recommend this dental practice. Thank you :)

   I typically dread dental visits but I had to write this review as this was not the case with Charlotte and Hannah, they were amazing! They were super kind, funny and really explained everything clearly which made me feel totally at ease. Best dental visit I’ve had!

   I had composite bonding done by Charlotte (Dentist) and Hannah (Nurse) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process, calm, reassured, and in safe hands. The results are amazing so natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you both!

   Been going here a few years now and been great under Maddie, also had to use for my sons emergency appointment and again were great. Make the kids feel at ease, they are not scared of going to the dentist... Stickers are a big help haha

   Avoid this place as the quality of work is not good. They told me a price for my treatment which I agreed to and then they tried to charge me more despite the fact that I was not happy with the result. Then they send my details to debt collectors without my permission. I am complaining to the relevant authorities.

   Appalling service, we had an appointment for my two young sons at the start of the week, with it being near Christmas the traffic was horrendous so my husband called to inform them he might be late, he had to call multiple times as nobody picked up the phone. When he eventually spoke to someone they said they could no longer see us because they are not insured at that time..?, we had two appointments so he asked if they could at least see one of my sons they declined as the dentist wanted to leave, (it was only a couple of minutes after the appointment time) even though he had just arrived. Due to this, they offered him an appointment the next day, which he accepted but for some reason received a text for an appointment two days later. On the day of the appointment, I took my two sons. In my haste, I forgot my wallet and didn’t realise that children over 6 have to pay for check ups (which I have no issue with) so when it came to paying I offered to pay with a bank transfer or for my husband to pay over the phone but they refused and said it needs to be paid with a card now. So they refused to let me and my children leave the surgery. I called my husband to bring the card, so he headed to the surgery straight away, with it being Christmas and circa 5 pm there was more traffic than normal. When he arrived with the card they told us we had another outstanding charge of £13 from 6 months earlier. I am unsure as to why they have never asked us for this before or didn't ask us for the money at the time of the last appointment. I do wonder however why it was fine for them to wait 6 months without asking for payment but kept us hostage for this payment. The only explanation we got was that it was not our fault or the surgery's fault!
