   I do not know what happened to this Dentists, but their practice now of removing teeth has literally become medieval and sadistic. (and by the way 'no' this practice has NOT always removed teeth like this - I know, I had been coming for over twenty years. Mr Khan (when he was here), used enough local anaesthetic, a pair of clamping pliers and pulled it right out. Recently, the Dentist who attempted to do this for me, was using the smallest amount of anaesthetic, then spent ages messing about with a rounded ball of a tool, pushing my gums down from around the tooth (and surrounding teeth), until the anaesthetic had wore off, causing so much pain. Because I had to keep stopping him, I asked him what the heck he was doing and why was it so painful - to which he said he couldn't understand WHY I could feel anything. After the third attempt (and forty minutes in) I stopped him doing the procedure and refused to carry on. I made it pretty clear, I would never go back to this practice and steer anyone away from using it.

   Ankoor was very attentive including the dental nurse ( think her name was hayley) really polite and professional, they’re very reliable and operate with integrity, this dentist is unmatched, feeling fresh and clean after every service. 10/10

   I went in the room had paid for full check up. When I went in the dentist had a video playing of some dental surgery..... he didn't turn it off it was playing pretty much all the way threw the appointment. He then just did a check up on 2 teeth and told me my front tooth [ which I have had filled about 5 times over the years ] was not a filling it was tooth ??? He didn't seem to know what he was doing and I paid full price for a check up which I only got 2 teeth looked at i will be complaining about it and asking for my money back.

   I have tried to give this dentist the benefit of the doubt but each time it just gets worse. One dentist in particular does not have people skills what so ever. Poor experiences and below average communication skills! I had a wisdom tooth extracted at one appointment and as I was leaving the dentist he had me back into the room to tell me the roots had snapped off and where left in my gum. If you are someone who is not particularly keen on going to dentists, avoid this one at all cost. I now have issues with going to the dentist because of my terrible experiences here.

   I’m terrified of going to the dentist but the team at Ripponden Road are so patient and caring. I can’t thank them enough for putting up with me. The receptionist is lovely as is the dentist I see, Dr Wong, the assistants are amazing too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and compassionate dental practice.

   Had an appointment today for toothache/tooth decay, been to this dentist before and had no issue, but the dentist i saw today, a young lady has really distressed me, i have a sensitive gag reflex and she proceeded to force an Xray plate into my mouth, when i gagged she seemed sort tempered and impatient, finally she was unable to get the xray, told me to go to hospital to get one, offered no further advice or help and charged me for the pleasure. I won’t be attending this dentist again and will be seeking out one who has a proper Xray machine so i don’t need to travel to the hospital, something which i find ridiculous in 2022 when paying for care. If you are a nervous person at the dentist i would highly recommend you look elsewhere, i now feel even more nervous to attend the dentist than i previously did.

   Unfortunately I had to have an emergency complex procedure last Monday. I will be forever grateful to Sotiria for her professionalism and care throughout and Stacy for supporting me. I will never be able to thank you enough. The procedure took nearly 2 hours with minimal equipment. They were amazing. Thank you.
